sarah & karl and their intimate, Cornish cliff-top, fort wedding...

I "sneak peek-ed" this wedding on my FB fan page, but here is the beautifully intimate, Cornish wedding of Sarah and Karl...

Sarah and Karl are both design teachers. I completed my first training post on my PGCE at the school in Leicestershire that Sarah teaches at. Sarah is such an amazingly warm and friendly person - she offered me so much help and support during the months I was at her school and so I was delighted when she got in contact to enquire about me shooting her wedding. It sounded awesome - a fort, in Cornwall... hell yes!!
Unfortunately, when I arrived at Polhawn Fort, Torpoint it was grey, windy and raining, but the weather didn't dampen the wedding (luckily it only stopped some beach / cliff portraits going ahead). We managed to do a swift photo circuit of the fort during a break in the clouds and then headed out again at about 5:00ish, when it was dark to do some photos under the strung lights.

It was such a special day and I was thrilled that we were able to be a part of it...

We wish you every happiness in the world - congratulations Sarah and Karl. XxX
